Bumbuli CSR Project-In 2022 we partnered with Tai Tanzania, an NGO devoted to bringing change to school children in all aspects of their academic journey through animations and other companies to see how we could impact girls in rural areas in menstrual hygiene month.

We used our mobile money technology through a donation account that every Tanzanian with a little to give could contribute through our mobile payment accounts to ensure more girls don’t miss school. Tai Tanzania with a school at heart in Tanga Lushoto called Bumbuli Secondary school with over 200 school girls became our new place of impact. From the drive and support of numerous companies we managed to get these girls going to school for the next one year. As a company our individual contributions have impacted 52 girls with sanitary wear to last them the next 1 year. 

Using our technology for change has been the most rewarding thing this year and our intention is to continue supporting the girls of Bambuli secondary school. As a company we drove up to Bambuli Secondary school on Thursday 26th May 2022 over 300km and up the mountains of Lushoto; 2000 meters above sea level.

It's one thing to donate away from the cause but experiencing the excitement and joy on the girls faces has left us encouraged. We would like to invite you to support this cause to give birth to a continuous hope for the girls of Bambuli.
