Water Crisis-In 2022, a south african water company was looking for a solution that will be able to transfer important water information to their customers and receive information from the customers.
Water crises can lead to dangerous and long term impact on land and society without proper management systems kept in place. Early in the year we were able to build a solution that would solve this problem.
The company can send customers all water related notifications from water bills, changes to their organization and even allow customers a self servicing menu via Whatsapp Business API.
A customer will simply send a keyword to a dedicated whatsapp number; Scan QR code or access the chat via link.
Once the customer has access they can quickly report water cases with an image of video attachment to the water crisis chatbot. By doing so, the company has been able to attend better to leakages and other water challenges that customers experience in numerous zones. More water is being saved from this system.
