Absa QMS System-In 2021 we partnered with ABSA Bank Tanzania in the development of a Queue Management System(QMS) allowing ABSA customers & non-customers to Queue virtually using the whatsapp application on and away from the branch with the ability to track queue progress on their phone. A customer walks into the bank and scans the QR code Via WhatsApp.
They will then receive a menu where they can choose the service of choice from withdrawal, bureau de change, credit etc.
The system has the ability to update the customer's approximate waiting time . After the customer has been summoned on their phone via text or automated call they will be able to give feedback in real time.
